Camp Enrollment

1. Fill in forms and submit to KungFuMasterYan@gmail.com. After reviewing, we verify the spot and payment amount. Please send Zelle payment to KungFumasterYan@gmail.com (Chin Lau)

2. OR Fill in form and submit to International Chi Institute in person.  Check or cash are preferred. 

Cancellation policy

Cancel registration 15 days before your start date: Credit 100% or refund 80% of tuition

Cancel registration within 15 days before your start date: credit 80%, no refund

Cancel registration for current session tuition: 50% credit, no refund

No refund, no credit for personal absence. Thanks for understanding.
